Data we process

We store the username chosen by the partner, a salted password hash, account status, account creation and last-login timestamps, registered OAuth client metadata, and hashed OAuth access and refresh tokens. We also store the IP address, username, time, and success status of login attempts for security and abuse prevention.

Text submitted to the MCP tools is processed to select a workflow and search or retrieve guidance. The application does not intentionally store tool prompts or retrieved answer text in its identity database. Infrastructure providers may process limited network and security metadata needed to deliver the service.

Purpose and retention

Account and OAuth data is used only to authenticate users, protect access, and provide requested knowledge retrieval. Login-attempt records are deleted after 7 days. Access tokens expire after 1 hour and refresh tokens after 30 days. Account records remain until access is removed or deletion is requested.

Sharing and user choices

We do not sell personal data and do not use it to build advertising profiles. Data is shared only with hosting and network providers as necessary to operate and secure the service, or when legally required.

Do not submit passwords, payment information, government identifiers, confidential customer records, or identifiable medical information. Users may request access removal and deletion by emailing ai-sponsor@nspclub.org. Deleting an account also deletes its active access and refresh tokens.

Сервис хранит логин партнёра, защищённый хеш пароля, статус и даты учётной записи, технические данные OAuth и минимальный журнал попыток входа. Журнал входов удаляется через 7 дней, access-токены действуют 1 час, refresh-токены - 30 дней. Запросы инструментов обрабатываются для поиска ответа и намеренно не сохраняются в базе учётных записей.

Мы не продаём персональные данные и не строим рекламные профили. Не передавайте пароли, платёжные данные, документы, закрытые данные клиентов или идентифицируемые медицинские сведения. Удаление доступа и учётной записи можно запросить по адресу ai-sponsor@nspclub.org.
